Tomato, Cucumber, Dill Salad

Prep Time: 5 minutes


Ingredients

1/3 C red wine vinegar
1-2 tbsp dill
3 vine-ripened tomatoes OR 1 package of grape tomatoes
1 large cucumber
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
 

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Chop tomato and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and refrigerate until serving.
