What is illumine?

Illumine is an immersive 8-month journey through the chakra system that combines reiki + soul channeling, coaching, breathwork, and various other tools to create healing, energetic refinement, and alignment with the Soul’s guidance.

In Chakra Tantric theory, it is said that liberation is experienced from the ground up, beginning with the root and moving through each chakra center to clear, cleanse, and liberate the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies of wounding, trauma, and stored energy.

In Illumine we travel this current of liberation intentionally, with the guidance of your Soul. 

Along the way you learn ways to explore each energy center and observe your Soul’s voice on your own, so that you can continue this powerful elevation long after the Illumine journey is complete.

**It is important to note that this is a Soul-guided program, meaning that flexibility is key. We can switch up the schedule, swap modalities, take breaks, or anything else necessary to tailor the program to exactly what your Soul is calling for.

My name is Mandy, and I am an energy worker and channel. This is the first time that I have fully owned those words. A coach for many years, I became a certified breathwork facilitator when I realized that growth requires so much more than mindset work. And when my personal spiritual journey lead me to become reiki level III attuned, I didn’t intend on offering it to others… until my Soul told me to.

Since I began offering reiki healing in August 2021, it has completely changed my life and the way that I work with people. I discovered my ability to channel messages from people’s Souls about how to heal, expand, and grow, and I began allowing each person’s Soul to guide our work together.

Illumine emerged in March 2022 during a communication session with my own Sweet Soul, who made it clear that when we are brave enough to allow our Souls to guide our lives, unimaginable joy, grace, peace, and possibility becomes illuminated.

This program is a culmination of all of the practices, tools, and skills I have been honing for years. It is my heart’s work and the constant journey I am on with myself. It has opened new levels of community, abundance, and possibility for me that I thought I would never achieve. I am so excited to see what your Soul has in store for you.

FAQ’s

I am very committed to and secure in my religious beliefs. Will Illumine infringe upon that?
Absolutely not. There is no religion involved in this program. If anything, it will likely deepen your connection to the “something bigger” that you believe in. 

I am concerned about financial resources to cover the energy exchange. How can you help?
There are some sliding scale and/or scholarship spots available seasonally, particularly for people with marginalized identities. Once we have decided that you are a fit, I can send you an application.

I am pretty advanced in my knowledge of the chakra system and energy work. Is this program appropriate for me?
Perhaps!  That is something that we can explore together on a possibility call, but I believe that there are always new layers of things to explore when we are working with energy and the Soul.

I know very little about the chakras and energy work. Is this program appropriate for me?
Perhaps! That is something that we can explore together on a possibility call, but there is an educational element built into the program so that you can understand energy work, the chakra system, and the 12 universal laws to make the integration of the information much easier for you.

I have a fairly busy schedule and I am concerned that weekly meetings will be too much for me. Can I still participate?
Yes! This program is 100% Soul-guided, meaning flexibility is the key. We can stretch out the schedule, build in off weeks, and even replace certain types of sessions with others in order for the experience to be fully tailored to your unique needs.

I want to do an Illumine Solo session, but I am not sure which chakra to focus on. Can you help me find out?
Yes! We can discuss all the intricacies of your current reality in a possibility call and I can give you a recommendation based on what you share.
