As humans we are master over-thinkers. 

We live up in our heads driving ourselves crazy with our negative thought patterns and telling ourselves stories that keep us stuck in our emotions and patterns.

That’s our survival mechanism, healthy and strong.

But in order to access true freedom, we have to get out of our heads and into our bodies.

It used to drive me crazy when people said, “everything you need is already inside of you.”

I wanted to believe it, but what does it actually mean?

I didn’t truly understand until I discovered breathwork.


What is Breathwork?

The style of breathwork that I teach is a 3-part circular breathing pattern designed for energetic and emotional release, mental clarity, and spiritual connection.

No two sessions are alike, your experience depends on your intention, your openness, and where exactly you are on your life’s journey. I pair the breathing pattern with a carefully curated playlist and verbal cues to help you access the full power of your breath. I also provide journal prompts and opportunities for connection and conversation at every group breathwork circle so that you can process your experience both individually and in community.


My Breathwork Story

After a few years of coaching and being coached, I started to notice a pattern in myself and the people I worked with:

there were some beliefs, traumas, patterns and pain points that persisted.

Things I thought I had healed and beliefs that I thought I had shifted would come up again and again. No amount of journaling, meditation or coaching helped me truly release and heal.

I got stuck in negative thought loops in my head, knowing I needed to drop into my body and its wisdom, but I just couldn’t.

Then I discovered breathwork, and in the first 30-minute session, old wounds that I thought I would carry forever were lifted. I felt a release like I had never experienced. I had spiritual encounters beyond what I could ever imagine.

I finally experienced the magic that my body knew all along.
