reiki, n.: love and light, embodied

Have you ever had one of those moments where you can just feel love oozing from every pore in your body?

Maybe you were watching a sunset
or playing with an animal
or gazing at a baby
or making love to your lover
or being enveloped by the ocean
or receiving a needed hug from a close friend

You feel radiant, magnetic, and connected to the heartbeat of the universe. Like for a snapshot of a moment you have an understanding of how expansive and miraculous your soul truly is.

That is life force energy. Divine Love circulating through every crevice of your being.

And that is what floods your body during a reiki session.

reiki is the “spirit” element of transformative alignment.

Personal growth & transformation go far beyond mindset work.

treating personal and spiritual growth and expansion solely with coaching or talk therapy can often create cognitive dissonance.

that is when you understand something logically in your mind, but it hasn’t become integrated in your body or energetic field, meaning you continue to repeat patterns that leave you beating up on yourself even more because you “know better.”

our physical and energetic bodies hold memories, information, trauma, wisdom, and magic.

and our evolution requires that we heal and bring them into alignment with our minds for sustainable, harmonious transformation.

I hesitate to name my sessions “reiki” because they go far beyond that traditional Japanese practice. I use my own connection to the Earth and the Elements to bring balance, cleansing, and healing.

and I also channel messages from your soul about what you are storing in your body and energy field and how you can heal and grow through it.

Virtual Healing

Is virtual reiki as powerful as it is in person?

The forced COVID isolation solidified so much of what we already knew about energy: that it knows no time or space boundaries. The energy healing and transmutation is just as powerful when conducted virtually as it is in person.

I have performed reiki virtually on people all across the U.S., in Canada, the U.K., and in Australia and I am in awe of its potency and power every time.

And the effects can be even more long-lasting because you don’t have to brave sidewalks and traffic, and instead can take your time in your sacred space integrating the session.

Session Flow:

• ~15-20 mins: Connect, test the music, and discuss any questions, concerns or imbalances

• ~20-30 mins: Reiki is performed while client lies down and listens to music (camera off or on)

• ~25-30 mins: Recap of “soul channeling” messages and sensations received by Mandy in the energetic field. (this part is optional, and if desired, will be recorded and emailed to you afterward)

  
  POST-SESSION

• You are encouraged to drink a lot of purified water post-session to help with the cleansing process.

• Mandy will be available via email and Voxer for 1 week following the date of your appointment to provide additional integration support

how to receive:

The messages that come through your Soul during one of these sessions are abundant and they are meant to be embodied, therefore it is encouraged that you bundle your reiki session with a 90-minute integration session to help talk through how to ground the messages into your lived experience.

• Single Session: $200

• Single Session + 1 Coaching “Integration” Session: $375

Similarly, the most sustainable and powerful transformations come through consistency, so I have created a monthly bundle to help you prioritize your energetic hygiene and tapping into your soul’s guidance. Monthly options are a minimum 3-month commitment, and can be cancelled at any time thereafter.
