“To love ourselves and support each other in the process of becoming real is perhaps the single greatest act of daring greatly.”—Brene Brown

Root to Rise is a weekend retreat offering you the opportunity to uncover and reclaim the edges of the truth of who you are. Through a combination of breathwork, movement, conversation circles, and creative exercises you will be guided to ground into that truth, define the edges of where you begin and where expectations and the outside world ends, and claim your wholeness powerfully in community with others.

You will be seen and supported in your full authenticity, creating a community of girl friends who will hold space for you to be 100% real 100% of the time.

The weekend will be a balance of the soulful and the playful, prioritizing laughter and fun just as much as deep self-inquiry and vulnerable conversation.

Join us October 18-20 in Palm Springs, California

Your Facilitators:

Mimi Mitrius: As a yoga teacher, business developer, life coach, and avid hiker, Mimi consistently finds herself in new arenas when it comes to helping others live their most fulfilled life. She has a fierce love for nature, travel, and is a proud puppy parent. Growth never stops and the opportunity to share knowledge, support, hold space, and simply work things out are what truly lights her up.

Mandy Sciacchitano is a certified life coach and breathwork facilitator who specializes in helping over-giving, service-driven women avoid burnout and serve themselves and others better through establishing boundaries, reclaiming personal power, and discovering where they begin. She loves cultivating communities and helping women “dive deep” with one another, letting their true selves shine through, mask free. She leads cacao ceremonies and breathwork circles in the L.A. area, and lights up talking about houseplants, her two kitties, and astrology.

Mimi & Mandy became friends when Mandy awkwardly asked Mimi out for a glass of wine after yoga class one night. That wine date turned into morning hikes with Mimi’s absurdly cute dog, Tucker, and a friendship based on a shared love of personal growth, good food, animals, and experimenting with all the woo things for personal growth and healing.
