Embodied Resilience: A Conversation

We are living through a turbulent moment in history where we have the opportunity to confidently and agily rise to the challenge created by the new “normal” of uncertainty, overwhelm, and change and pivot and recalibrate our lives in a way that is powerfully aligned with our values and purpose. We must change our lives out of survival, and in doing so we have the opportunity to reshape the world.

But where do we start? How do we stay accountable? How do we know what works?

Sustainable, aligned, and conscious change is built by developing the necessary characteristics and competencies that make us mentally and emotionally resilient.

During this 75-minute conversation, we will walk through some characteristics of mental and emotional resilience and discuss what they look like as embodied skills.

*NOTE: This is an intimate conversation where you can bring your honesty and your fullness-- including your questions, your vulnerabilities, and your challenges-- so it will not be recorded or redistributed.

This conversation is for the person who:

  • wants to embody their power.

  • Is on the precipice of expansion, but is afraid to leap.

  • has felt overwhelmed with emotions and the rapid pace of world change.

  • has felt that the changes have ruled her, rather than her ruling her own life.

  • knows that her self-knowledge, self-trust, and self-worth are imperative to the change she wants to see.

I will also be sharing about my 5-month community mentorship container, Rising in Resilience, at the end.

Deep Talks are intimate, inclusive experiences designed to help people of all walks of life to form deep connection to themselves and others through meaningful and vulnerable conversation around self-exploration and personal growth.

This meeting will take place on Zoom, and a login link will be provided via email the day before the event.
