Come breathe with me under the full Pisces moon, which also happens to be an eclipse!
And my moon sign is Pisces so I am well acquainted with this one, steeped in idealism, fantasy, escapism, and boundless imagination
It's a partial lunar eclipse (peaking just after midnight), the second-to-last in a series that's been quietly reshaping our inner and outer worlds since September 2024.
Eclipses don't ask permission. They surface what's been hiding, accelerate what's already in motion, and hand you the exit door for whatever you've outgrown. This one lands in Pisces— the sign of surrender, intuition, and emotional release— which means the invitation isn't to do something about what comes up. It's to feel it, breathe through it, and let it go.
Join me for a virtual breathwork and Reiki circle to meet this moon with intention instead of getting swept up in it.
We'll move stuck energy with breath, soften the nervous system with Reiki, and make space for whatever wants to surface — a release, a realization, an ugly cry, a wave of relief. All of it welcome.
If you are new to breathwork with Mandy, you will be asked to fill out a breathwork waiver and release form prior to the circle. If this is your first time practicing breathwork, please indicate below and Mandy will contact you with a prep video and some tips.
Here are some recommendations to set yourself up to have the best possible experience:
Be careful not to eat anything heavy for 1-2 hours prior to the session
Make sure you are well hydrated and bring water with you
Wear comfortable clothes. Jeans are not recommended, nor is anything that restricts your midsection.
Bring a journal and something to write with.
Choose a location that is private and where you can lay down and not be constricted (a bed is fine; I prefer the floor).
Headphones will allow you to be more fully immersed in the musical experience. I design the playlist to take you on a specific journey and the music is very important. If you are using bluetooth headphones, make sure they are charged up.
You can bring a pillow for under your knees, and have a blanket handy as well.
If you like to use an eyemask, you can have one handy, or a soft hand towel if you don’t have an eye mask.
Breathwork can be an emotive practice for some people, so if you live with a partner or roommate, let them know that if they hear you shout or cry that you are ok.
Make this time sacred and set your mood. You may light candles, have meaningful/spiritual items near you, turn on a diffuser with soft essential oils that you’re used to (make sure these are far away from you), and really make the space yours. Stay away from burning sage or palo santo or anything strong that may irritate your airway.
