*Lucky Day* Full Moon Breathwork + Reiki Circle

Join Me for a Full Moon Breathwork Circle on August 11: Manifesting with Luck and Love 🌕✨

This full moon on Monday, August 11 is not just any full moon—it’s one of the luckiest astrological days of the year! This cosmic alignment brings the star Sirius (our Spiritual Sun) into alignment with Jupiter (planet of luck) and Venus (planet of love, beauty, and harmony), creating an energetic superhighway for manifesting your dreams and desires.

On this day, whatever you’re focusing on will be supercharged with luck! It’s an ideal time to invite good fortune, love, and abundance into your life.

To help you tap into this energy, we’ll begin the circle with a special Infinity Breath technique that works with your heart chakra to help you release any lingering emotional blockages. Together, we will clear the way for manifestation, focusing on creating powerful visualization and embodiment for your dreams.

If you are new to breathwork with me, you’ll be asked to complete a breathwork waiver and release form before the circle. If this is your first time practicing breathwork, let me know, and I’ll send you a prep video with some tips to help you prepare.

Here are some recommendations to set yourself up to have the best possible experience:

  • Be careful not to eat anything heavy for 1-2 hours prior to the session

  • Make sure you are well hydrated and bring water with you

  • Wear comfortable clothes. Jeans are not recommended, nor is anything that restricts your midsection.

  • Bring a journal and something to write with.

  • Choose a location that is private and where you can lay down and not be constricted (a bed is fine; I prefer the floor).

  • Headphones will allow you to be more fully immersed in the musical experience. I design the playlist to take you on a specific journey and the music is very important. If you are using bluetooth headphones, make sure they are charged up.

  • You can bring a pillow for under your knees, and have a blanket handy as well.

  • If you like to use an eyemask, you can have one handy, or a soft hand towel if you don’t have an eye mask.

  • Breathwork can be an emotive practice for some people, so if you live with a partner or roommate, let them know that if they hear you shout or cry that you are ok.

  • Make this time sacred and set your mood. You may light candles, have meaningful/spiritual items near you, turn on a diffuser with soft essential oils that you’re used to (make sure these are far away from you), and really make the space yours. Stay away from burning sage or palo santo or anything strong that may irritate your airway.
