Gemini Full Moon Breathwork Circle

Welcome to eclipse season! Eclipse season is a time of major change and transformation. And with the holiday season looking a little differently than it normally does, we have the gift of being able to use this slower time to look deeply inward and reflect on exactly what changes we need to make within ourselves and our own lives to create a more vibrant future for ourselves and the world.

Gemini is a sign about the details, finding healing in the magic of our every day habits, routines, and relationships. And all the stars are pointing to our relationships (both with the self and with others) being under the microscope this full moon. Gemini also rules the mind, arms, lungs, and nervous system, as well as our relationship with grief… all things that we collectively are focusing on now to take care of ourselves and learn how to be safe in our bodies in the present moment.

In this breathwork circle, we will be exploring our relationships with the self and others, and really reflecting on creating magic under the mundane and making small shifts in our daily lives that create deep healing, transformation, and honoring.

Here’s the rundown:

Exercise and energize your lungs and experience the magic of your breath in this 75-minute virtual group experience to help you: gain clarity, release anxiety or emotion, promote healing, and tap into your soul and intuition in a whole new way.

Let’s breathe together for our own health and the health of the collective.

What to expect:

Introduction + Intention-setting

Journaling on intention to open up space

Breathe (30-45 minutes)

Optional sharing and community time

Investment: $20

Additional Info:

  • Please be careful not to eat anything heavy for 1-2 hours prior to the session

  • Make sure you are well hydrated and bring water with you

  • Wear comfortable clothes. Jeans are not recommended, nor is anything that restricts your midsection.

  • Bring a journal and something to write with.

  • Choose a location that is private and where you can lay down and not be constricted (a bed is fine; I prefer the floor).

  • You can bring a pillow for under your knees, but not for under your head, as it may constrict your airway.

  • If you like to use an eyemask, you can have one handy, or a soft hand towel if you don’t have an eye mask.

  • Breathwork can be an emotive practice for some people, so if you live with a partner or roommate, let them know that if they hear you shout or cry that you are ok.
