There are so many reasons why diets are not sustainable:

 Restriction is a mind game. Whenever you are told you cannot have or do something, it makes you want it more!

  Restriction leads to a feeling of deprivation, so when we finally cave to the thing we have been told that we cannot have, we way overdo it.

→  Our blood sugar dips and spikes and we lose our connection with our bodies and our intuition.

→  Diets do not take into account the emotional reasons why we eat. Or the feelings of confidence or self-worth involved in eating.

→  Each person’s body is so different, what feels or tastes good for one person will not necessarily be the same for someone else.

And this is only the tip of the iceberg.


I’m Mandy Sciacchitano and I specialize in helping women all over the world to end the diet cycle and transform their relationships with food and their bodies.

My clients experience better self-esteem and confidence, more JOY and presence in their day to day lives, and find the natural weight where their body is the most vibrant and healthy that it can be.

If you’ve read my story, you know that for a long time my relationship with my body and with food blocked me from experiencing joy or being present in my daily life.

I was constantly thinking that I wasn’t skinny enough or pretty enough so I wasn’t able to let loose and be myself.

I dreaded social and family occasions because I didn’t trust myself not to eat or drink too much and feel like a failure the next day.

Through my 1:1 coaching program, my intention is to help you create a new way of living where you are nourished and fulfilled in every area of your life: physically, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.


what is diet freedom coaching?


This approach is much deeper than a meal plan and workout videos— those programs only address your behaviors. Diet freedom coaching deep-dives into the core beliefs that dictate your behaviors. I help you uncover the reasons why you use food as a drug, identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck in the diet cycle, and make a plan for transforming those beliefs and patterns so that you can create lasting behavioral changes.


Your body possesses an innate intelligence that knows exactly what foods you need to create nutritional balance in your body, and exactly what exercises light you up and give you energy for days. Diet freedom coaching assists you in tapping into that intelligence… and learning to trust it.  


My approach is to help you learn how to connect with your body again, and to make decisions based on what feels good in your body, not based on what anyone else says is 'good' or 'bad'.

Sign up with a nutritional cleansing system and receive products and coaching designed to flood your body with nutrients and teach you how vibrant your body can feel! This 30-day program is perfect for you if you have a busy lifestyle and more or less have a good relationship with your body, but you just don’t have the time, energy, or creativity to prepare food that feels nourishing and exciting for you. I will teach you long-term lifestyle techniques for nourishing your body, and how to indulge in your favorite foods without the guilt. It comes with superfood products that make for fast, healthful meals, a list of foods to incorporate into your diet to assist you in feeling your best, group support, and 1-on-1 guidance and cheerleading


Bi-weekly videoconference coaching calls that help you to identify your limiting beliefs around food and your body and provide strategies, accountability, and support to stop the cycle of restricting and punishing and start loving food— and yourself! I will be introducing new practices and tools to implement, strategies for connecting with your body and your intuition, and providing an open and loving forum for you to express how you truly feel, complete with email support and spot coaching between sessions so that you are uplifted and accompanied in your journey.

This is deep work and change doesn't happen overnight. I offer a 3-month package for those who just want to dip their toes in and see what coaching is about, but I recommend just making that commitment to yourself to go all-in with a 6-month package.
