RESTAURANT-STYLE BLACK BEANS

Cook Time: 20 minutes
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup onion finely minced
2 15-oz cans black beans
1. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add onion and sautee for 5 minutes, or until soft and translucent.
3. Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
4. Add beans (with liquid) and taco seasoning.
5. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
