I believe that in order to create and live your best life you have to feel your best and love yourself inside and out. 

That means really connecting in with your body and choosing to love it by making choices to nourish it that feel good.

For me, nutritional cleansing provides a set of quick and easy foods, supplements, and tools that are full of all the nutrients that my body needs to run optimally: clear my brain fog, give me restful sleep and all-day energy (no caffeine necessary).

Nutritional cleansing is an all-natural, organic system (vegan optional) that floods your body with nutrients so that it can function the way it is supposed to. It fills in the gaps where our everyday healthy foods are not giving us all of the nutrients that we need to function at our optimal levels, and it helps clean out the toxins that are stored in our systems at a cellular level so that we are less weighed down and more energetic. 

It is not a magic pill, but when used properly it can make you feel like you swallowed a rainbow like it did for me.

Within the first week of using the nutritional cleansing system, combined with a diet full of fresh, whole foods, I felt like someone had reached inside of me and turned on a light switch.

Nutritional Cleansing makes it simple. I drink 1 to 2 shakes a day, and then eat another two whole food meals and some snacks in between. (Get some great recipes here.) I have all sorts of supplements and easy on-the-go snacks to fill in the gaps, and all of the products meet my very demanding criteria for the highest-quality nutrition available.


What it is not: a quick fix, a starvation diet, or a fad that is impossible to sustain.

Nutritional cleansing is not a diet.

There is nothing “approved” or “not approved” or that you “have to” do. I have built healthy habits around these tools so that they are the foundation of my lifestyle, and then I fill in the gaps with all the tacos that my heart (and body—when I am eating mindfully) desires.

Be aware that “healthy” and “nourishing” feel and look different for everyone. It is important that you find what feels best for you, and that is the way that I coach people through using this system. The system also has great tools that can be tailored to every person’s unique needs.
